This document provides information about using the redone.events website and its subpages, including campaign and quotation request pages, and about the quotation request process. RedOne Event Kft. provides event organisation services exclusively to companies and organisations.
Event organisation services are always provided under a separate, individually negotiated contract. This document neither replaces nor, by its publication, amends that contract. Merely viewing the website or submitting a form does not incorporate this document into a subsequent individual contract.
This document does not cover purchases from the Instant webshop, which operates on a separate subdomain. Please consult the terms published in that webshop.
Service descriptions, suggested venues, programmes, package presentations and references help visitors explore the available solutions and prepare a quotation request. Appearance on the website does not, in itself, confirm the availability of a programme, venue or contributor for a particular date.
RedOne Event Kft. discusses each enquiry individually based on the specific requirements, date, venue, number of participants and services requested. Selecting a package shown on the website indicates an interest in that package and does not constitute an order or reservation.
You can request a quotation through the forms on the website, by email or by telephone. When using a form, enter the requested contact details and the event information available to you, then use the submit button to send your enquiry.
You can correct the information in the fields before submission. To correct an error or change your requirements after submission, email info@redone.events or call +36 70 386 3606 . Please provide the name of the company or organisation making the enquiry and the approximate date of the quotation request so that we can identify it.
The thank-you message displayed after submission, or any automatic acknowledgement, confirms that the enquiry has been submitted. It does not mean that we have agreed to organise the event, reserved a date or venue, or accepted an order for services.
If submission produces an error or you are unsure whether your enquiry has arrived, please contact us using one of the details above. After a quotation request, a member of our team will discuss the details using the contact information provided.
Submitting a quotation request form expresses only an intention to make contact and request a quotation. It creates no obligation to place an order, make a payment or provide services, and does not create an event organisation contract.
The parties record the agreed services and the terms of performance in a separate, individually negotiated contract. That contract is governed by its agreed provisions and the applicable legislation.
Please provide accurate and truthful information in your quotation request and act only on behalf of a company or organisation that you are authorised to represent or contact us for. Provide another person’s contact details only if you are authorised to do so.
When using the website, do not send unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others, send unsolicited bulk enquiries, or deliberately disrupt the website. You do not need to submit sensitive personal data or confidential documents through the form to request a quotation.
The processing of contact persons’ personal data is covered by our Privacy Policy . A quotation request does not, in itself, constitute a newsletter subscription or consent to marketing. Cookie choices can be managed through the website’s privacy settings.
Information about using the website’s content is available in our Legal Notice . Viewing content does not grant a general licence to reuse it.

The operator may update the text to reflect changes to website operations or applicable requirements, indicating the publication date. Publication of a new version does not retroactively amend individually negotiated contracts.
